Shadow Studios proudly serves clients in both the Milwaukee and Chicago areas. Our team works on location throughout both cities and surrounding suburbs. We’re happy to come to you whether it’s your home, office, studio, or an outdoor space.

Parking options vary depending on the shoot location. If we’re meeting at one of our studio spaces in Milwaukee or Chicago, we’ll send you detailed parking instructions ahead of time, most locations offer free or nearby street parking. For on location shoots (like at your home or a public space), we’ll coordinate with you to find the most convenient and accessible parking spot.

We understand that sometimes sessions run a little longer than expected. If you go over your scheduled time, additional fees may apply depending on the length of the overage and our availability. We’ll always do our best to be flexible and will check in with you during the session if we’re getting close to your time limit.

If you're shooting at one of our studio locations, the Wi-Fi password will be provided on site. 

The best time for a studio shoot really depends on the look and feel you’re going for. Generally, we recommend scheduling your session during the studio’s regular hours for optimal lighting and availability. If you're aiming for softer, natural light, we suggest a mid-morning or early afternoon shoot. However, we can accommodate evening shoots as well, especially for moody or dramatic lighting setups.

When you book a studio with Shadow Studios, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities to make your shoot seamless and comfortable, including:

• Professional lighting equipment (softboxes, strobes, reflectors, etc.)

• Backdrops (variety of colors and textures available)

• Wi-Fi access

• Changing room for wardrobe changes

• Private seating area for clients or guests

• Refreshments (water, coffee, and light snacks)

• Props and accessories available upon request

• On-site parking (where available)

Booking a session with Shadow Studios is simple! Just reach out to us via our contact form on the website, or send us a message through email or social media. Let us know the type of shoot you’re interested in, your preferred dates, and any other details, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your booking. We’ll also send you all the information you need to prepare for your session!

A detailed instructional video and document will be emailed to you showing the steps on how to enter the space after your session is booked.
